Our SHIPPING & Handling Process.

Production Times: Keep in mind that we manufacture over 90% of our product on demand. This ensures the quality and lifetime of our product is at the highest level the moment you open the box.

This can take about 2-5 business days to produce, package and ship your items. Then you should add (carrier) shipping times on top of that. 97.66% of our orders are shipped under 5 business days.

More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Basically, we do everything to get you your order in a timely fashion. Part 2.

Carrier Shipping Times:

Carrier shipping times really depend on where you are located and the speed of the carrier. For smaller packages, we can use air to ship which is quicker. However, for the large % of our shipments, we have to ship via ground to ensure quality control and lower shipping fees.

Common delays in shipping can be due to addresses not verifying within the carriers computer systems (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL). Rural addresses can also add unexpected delays due to their processing times at rural distribution centers.

We do everything we can to ship as fast as possible. Orders placed by 5:00 pm PST, Monday–Friday, will be processed for production or prepped for delivery within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday & all major USA Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders ship out from our central warehouse located in Temecula, California.

Once the shipping carrier picks up your order, you will have access to updates by the carrier provided you use the tracking number. Once orders ship out, they may arrive within 1-4 business days after the pick-up date at our warehouse. This is typical for 90% of the USA, not including rural areas.

Special note: Large heavy shipments WILL REQUIRE more time for both processing and shipping. The shipment is typically sent via ground due to weight and pricing restrictions. Please understand, reasonable shipping delays due to carrier delays are out of our control. They are not good reasons for cancellation.

*** Shipping in Cold Weather, can freeze liquids in transit.  We suggest reaching out to us regarding a quicker method of shipping during the cold months. We cannot refund for or replace merchandise frozen from being left outside in freezing temperatures. You will need to plan ahead and allow the time to bring the liquids back to room temperature.

*** Please Beware! Package and Porch Theft occurs in all areas of the world.

We cannot be held responsible for such actions. We provide you with shipping details and tracking numbers (provided by the shipping carrier). Please track your package and be ready to accept the package accordingly. We do not refund or replace items that are reported as stolen. You may discuss your options with the shipping carrier.
