We stock all our products and maintain accurate inventory.
Part 1. Production Times:
Our processing times can take between 2-5 business days. Then you should add (carrier) shipping times on top of that.
We do everything to get you your order in a timely fashion.
Part 2. Carrier Shipping Times:
Carrier shipping times really depend on where you are located and the speed of the carrier. For smaller packages, we can use air to ship which is quicker. However, for the large % of our shipments, we have to ship via ground to ensure quality control and lower shipping fees.
Common delays in shipping can be due to addresses not verifying within the carriers computer systems (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL). Rural addresses can also add unexpected delays due to their processing times at rural distribution centers.
We do everything we can to ship as fast as possible.
Special note: Large heavy shipments WILL REQUIRE more time for both processing and shipping. The shipment is typically sent via ground due to weight and pricing restrictions.
Please understand, reasonable shipping delays due to carrier delays are out of our control. They are not good reasons for cancellation.
*** Shipping in Cold Weather!
Liquids can freeze in transit when it gets very cold during winter, especially going cross country from our production warehouse in southern California. We suggest reaching out to us regarding a quicker method of shipping during the cold months. This helps avoid you opening a box of ice cubes. We cannot refund for or replace merchandise frozen from being left outside in freezing temperatures. You will need to plan ahead and allow the time to bring the liquids back to room temperature.

Package and Porch Theft occurs in all areas of the world. We cannot be held responsible for such actions. We provide you with shipping details and tracking numbers (provided by the shipping carrier). Please track your package and be ready to accept the package accordingly.
We do not refund or replace items that are reported as stolen. You may discuss your options with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ship. The shipping costs are variable depending upon the total weight of the shipment and the distance to the customer.
1 - one-gallon kit shipped locally typically costs $13-$16 to the carrier.
1 - one gallon kit shipped accross country typically cost $20-$30 to the carrier.
Handling Costs
All shipments by FedEx incur a $3 handling fee
Hawaii shipments incurr an additional $25 handling fee due to special air packaging and processing that is required.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, get in touch with our customer service at support@extremeresin.com. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Sales Taxes
Sales tax may be calculated during checkout by the states.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are ONLY able to accept cancellations before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
